Colegio de la Sangre (literally, “Blood School”) is an interesting building from the late 16th century located in Bornos. It also worked as a hospital.
It was built to house twelve hidalgo servants, squires of the house of the Lord Duke. Other good and clean blood men from their state stayed here.
Currently it has been rebuilt by the town hall and is intended for extension of the “El Convento” High School, as well as childcare.
