Playa Bajo de Guía, in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, is located in the marshes of the Guadalquivir River, along a beautiful promenade. You can see there a small pier and many fishing boats on the shore. Here you will appreciate beautiful views of the river, where you can sometimes see horses walking.

It has fine golden sand with shells and some scattered rock. Here you will appreciate beautiful views of the river, where you can sometimes see horses walking.
This beach is not surfable, as it does not have much swell. However, several active tourism activities can be practised.
A few metres from the beach, just before the houses that are just adjacent, we find some car parks. There are also residential holiday areas, including both tourist apartments and hotels.
Playa Bajo de Guía is accessible to people with reduced mobility, as it has several ramps along the entire beach. The services are surveillance, showers and cleaning. Also included are access on foot, spa, Yacht Club, rescue team, Tourist Office, wastebaskets, Local Police. Marina, public telephone, anchorage area and toilets for people with reduced mobility.
On the seafront of Bajo de Guía we can find many restaurants where you can taste the famous langostinos sanluqueños (“Sanlúcar prawns”) and a good manzanilla wine from their wineries. Right next to it you will find the Sanlúcar de Barrameda Yacht Club, where you can receive sailing courses.
