Playa de la Jara

Playa de La Jara, in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, is a beautiful and quiet place to go to spend the day with family or friends. With beautiful views of the Guadalquivir River and the Doñana National Park, this is one of the most beautiful and cosy beaches in this city. Semi-unspoilt aspect, with some dunes and some vegetation, it seems that no man has ever walked on this place.

The access to this beach is through a wooden walkway which allows people with reduced mobility go down. So much vegetation in the surroundings makes its appearance gain much value. With fine golden sand with shells, this beach has cleaning services, showers and surveillance. In addition, it also includes toilets, spa, Red Cross, rescue team, litter bins, Local Police, Marina and warning sign.

However, it is not a surfing area.

Before accessing it, there is a car park where you can leave the car without problems. It is a residential area, full of single-family houses and tourist apartments and easily located.

There a couple of beach bars, perfect to eat or drink something to enjoy the tranquility that gives the Playa de La Jara.
