Parque de los Príncipes, in Seville, is the green area of the district of Los Remedios. Everyone can enjoy here a really good time outdoors, with children's areas and many metres to walk or do sport.
The Parque de los Príncipes (literally, “Princes Park”) in Seville is located in the district of Los Remedios, just 20 minutes walk from the Triana Bridge and close to where the Feria de Sevilla is celebrated in April. Opened in 1973, the construction of this park was a breath of fresh air for the neighbourhood, because the district lacked green areas.
This park is composed of vast grassy meadows connected by paved walkways. We can also find here a large pond for ducks and swans with an artificial island that is accessible by a bridge, a civic centre, a sports centre and two restaurants. It is rich in vegetation, with rose bushes, orange trees, Jacaranda and Japanese plum trees.
In the Parque de los Príncipes there are play areas for children to have fun without taking any risks. There is also an enabled dog area and many metres to walk or run. It is, undoubtedly, an area of enjoyment for all family members during leisure time.
