The production area of the wines under our Designation of Origin, Sherry comprises the territories of Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa Maria, Sanlucar de Barrameda, Trebujena, Chipiona, Rota, Puerto Real and Chiclana de la Frontera. The first three are the areas with the longest wine tradition. They represent, in return, the Area of Crianza also known as The Sherry Triangle.
Sherry comprises wines such as Dry Sherry, Fino, Amontillado, Manzanilla, Oloroso and Palo Cortado. Sweet Sherry, Pale Cream, Medium and Cream, and Naturally Sweet Sherry such as Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel.

Wineries in Jerez de la Frontera

Wineries in El Puerto de Santa Maria
Another of the most important cities in Cadiz for the ageing of Sherry wine. The city has 7 beautiful wineries, some in places as impressive as the one located within the San Marcos castle.
The Fino wine and Brandy are the most famous of El Puerto de Santa Maria, without forgetting, of course, the Sherry Wine Region vinegar, aged through the criaderas and soleras system and used to season a multitude of dishes and recipes.

Sanlucar de Barrameda is house for the Manzanilla wine, an exquisite wine widely used, especially in traditional fairs that take place throughout the province.
